New functions added: (1) ATO/QTL traits are mapped to VT, PT and CMO traits; (2) QTLdb is revamped to accommodate QTL/assiciation data on genome maps (map unit: bp); (3) Animal breed information can now be seen on the QTL detail page; (4) Rainbow trout was added as a new member of species in the Animal QTLdb; (5) lists of references are available for all QTL seen within any chromosomal view window.
