  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
Animals:Animals were German Black Pied (Deutsches Schwarzbuntes Niederungsrind) cows.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped sing the Illumina BovineSNP50 v2 BeadChip, with data imputed to HD and analyzed for parasite susceptibility traits. A total of 423,654 SNPs were used for analysis.
Analysis:Phenotypes were precorrected for fixed effects, and linear mixed models were applied.
    Software:Beagle, PLINK, SAS, GCTA
