     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals had genotype data for 79,060 SNP markers. GWAS was performed for postpartum blood calcium level. A total of 75,186 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Candidate genomic regions association with blood calcium concentration were identified based on the amount of genetic variance explained by 1.0 Mb windows of adjacent SNPs.
