    Animals:Animals were Holstein cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals had genotypes imputed to the 80K SNP panel used for UK national dairy cattle genomic evaluation. GWAS were performed for claw horn lesion susceptibility and severity. A total of 65,211 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS were performed using both single markers and 0.65-Mb sliding windows.
