    Animals:Animals were Holstein-Friesian cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Cattle were genotyped using several genotyping panels, with data imputed to a common 50K panel then to HD and finally whole-genome level. GWAS were performed for twinning rate, age at first calving, cow survival and calving interval.
    Analysis:Association analysis was performed using an additive model and the ssGWAS method.
