  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
    Animals:Animals were Alpine Merino sheep.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using custom Affymetrix HD 630K arrays, and GWAS was performed for erythrocyte traits using both SNPs and haplotypes. A total of 439,398 autosomal SNPs and 89,676 haplotype blocks were used for analysis.
Analysis:Regression analysis based on the generalized linear model was used.
    Software:PLINK v1.9b4, TASSEL 5.2.43
