    Animals:Animals were Katahdin and Blackbelly hair sheep, Merino, Polypay, and other wool sheep from European-influenced breeds.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using either the Illumina OvineHD or OvineSNP50 (with data imputed to HD), and GWAS was performed for footrot incidence. A total of 515,635 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Mixed models were used.
