  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
Animals:Pigs were from a commercial terminal cross of a paternal line AGPIC337 (40% Pietrain, 30% Duroc, 25% Large White, 5 % Landrace) and a maternal line DB25 (Landrace and Large White).
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60v2 BeadChip and analyzed for incidence of periweaning failure-to-thrive syndrome. A total of 49,586 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:A linear model was used.
    Software:PLINK
