  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
    Animals:Animals were Yunong Black pigs.
     Breeds associated:
    n/a
Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60 BeadChip, and GWAS were performed for body measurement traits. A total of 36,309 SNPs were used for analysis. In addition, data were imputed to whole-genome sequence and 7,203,597 SNPs were used for analysis.
Analysis:Additive genomic models and additive-dominance genomic models were used.
    Software:PLINK v1.90, SAMtools, BWA, Picard, BCFtools, Beagle, BLUPF90, GCTA v1.93.2, Haploview v4.2, SPSS 26.0
