    Animals:Pigs were from an F2 resource population created using Danish production breeds (Yorkshire and Duroc) sows and G�ttingen minipig boars.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60 BeadChip and analyzed for obesity-related traits. A total of 40,910 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Regression was performed using a linear model.
