This 4-day course provides a hands-on introduction to analyzing full-length,
native RNA molecules using the latest RNA004 chemistry. You’ll learn to:
* Perform quality control and transcript quantification
* Map reads and discover isoforms
* Measure polyA-tail lengths and detect RNA modifications (including m6A)
* Analyze your own data or datasets provided by instructors
