Applications of genomic prediction and genome-wide association (GWA) analyses in plant and animal agricultural species often face the problem of data sharing across multiple private and public institutions.

The aims of this project is to explore the possibilities and abilities collecting, sharing, and reuse of phenotypic and genotypic data across multiple competing stakeholders while respecting their privacy requirements and intellectual property rights.
