Aims of Pig Reproduction EST Project
Development of Resources for Functional Genomics in the Pig

Aim 1	Sequence and submit to GenBank a large number (20,000) of expressed sequence tags (ESTs) from normalized and serially subtracted cDNA libraries representing major female reproductive tissues.
Aim 2	Physically map a significant number of prioritized genes (700) using the SCHP and RH panel.
